Strive Recovery is celebrating its first anniversary with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, recognizing a year of growth, meaningful milestones, and continued investment in the health and well-being of our community. 

In its first year, Strive Recovery has reached an incredible milestone of more than 600 patient admissions, helping individuals take meaningful steps toward recovery. This anniversary is an opportunity to recognize the dedication of Strive Recovery's team, celebrate the individuals and families they serve, and highlight the importance of accessible recovery resources throughout our region.

What to Expect at the Celebration

Who's Invited? This event is open to the public, including local businesses, healthcare professionals, community partners, friends, and family. Business casual attire is encouraged. 

Raffle & Giveaways Bring a business card to enter for a chance to win exciting prizes featuring local businesses and gift cards! Winners will be announced following the ribbon cutting ceremony. 

Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrate Strive Recovery's first anniversary alongside Greater Fort Wayne Inc. and community partners! The ceremony will take place indoors in the facility's banquet room. 

Music & Refreshments Enjoy music by Keep it Simple, DJ and Event Services LLC, refreshments, and an opportunity to connect with the Strive Recovery team and fellow community members. 

About Strive Recovery

Opened on November 10, 2025, Strive Recovery is an inpatient detox and residential treatment facility serving individuals within approximately a two-hour radius of Allen County. As the first inpatient detox and residential treatment facility under its parent company, Provident Health, which specializes in skilled nursing facilities, Strive Recovery represents an important expansion into addiction treatment and recovery services. 

Unlike traditional 30-day detox and residential treatment programs, Strive Recovery offers a two-phase approach designed to provide additional support throughout the recovery journey. The program includes an initial detox and residential treatment phase, followed by an additional 30 days through its Recovery Transitional Residence (RTR) program, offering up to 60 days of structured treatment and transitional support. 

Strive Recovery is currently the only facility in the northeastern corner of Indiana offering this level 3.1 RTR program, with plans to explore the relaunch of its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in the future
