Description

Hoosiers around the state are rallying to advocate for a renewable energy future in Indiana that benefits everyone. Join our annual day of action to promote policies that enable energy freedom by harvesting more homegrown Hoosier clean energy! The day will include a rally, renewable energy fair, a free lunch, and other activities. Throughout the event, supporters will meet with their legislators to urge the General Assembly to support a renewable energy future.

There is FREE bus transportation available from Fort Wayne to Indy!

Agenda:

• 9:00 am ET – Renewable energy fair kick-off
• 9:15 am ET – Event kick off & interfaith opening remarks
• 9:30 am ET – Express grassroots renewable energy training
• 10:00 am ET – Remarks from renewable energy professionals, advocates, and legislators
• 11:30 am ET – Lunch served
• 12:00 pm ET – Press conference rally
• 1:00 pm ET – Statehouse tour for interested participants
• 3:00 pm ET – Buses return home

Legislator meetings, additional remarks, renewable energy fair, & additional opportunities to take meaningful action will continue throughout the day Additional activities will be held on floor 3 of the statehouse throughout the day
