Join NIHRA as HR Leaders and Business professionals hear from Whitney Bandemer. Whitney will be presenting on the balancing act required by HR leaders between their humanity, individuality, and responsibility. Using practical examples we will examine 3 frameworks to help leaders be clear about what they will tolerate, the confidence to speak up, and the courage to follow-through with value-aligned action. Lunch will be provided with the presentation. Whitney's presentation will be CEU eligible.
