Admission

Tickets must be purchased in advance. They are $75 each and will not be available at the door. You can get them online here.

Agenda

• 6:00 to 7:00 - Heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages, silent auction, raffle ticket and extra BINGO ticket sales (cash is recommended)
• 7:00 to 9:00ish - BINGO, testimonials, call to action
• 9:00 to 9:30 - Pick up silent auction and raffle items, check out

One BINGO card included with admission. There will be amazing prizes. Watch our social media for prize details. Additional BINGO cards available for $20 at the event. Cash preferred.

Etc...

• Online silent auction from 6 to 7 PM. Register online to bid - instructions at check-in table at the event. Payment online via credit/debit card. 
• The auctioneer/emcee will offer calls to action to easily scan a QR code at your table and donate. 
• Raffle tickets available for $10 at the event. Cash preferred.

Additional Details:

You do not have to sponsor to attend; however, we could still really use some item sponsors and round sponsors, and only 6 tables remain available for sponsorships. Sponsoring a table of 8 for $800 guarantees you to sit with whomever you like because you invite them. Sponsorships can be secured here.

What do you get with your admission? We will serve a wide variety of delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts and a hot chocolate/apple cider bar. There will be no alcohol. Admission also gets you one BINGO card to play all the rounds.

What else will be going on? We will have a raffle for some incredible chocolate bouquets/towers. There will be extra BINGO cards available for sale at the event. Cash is preferred for both of these. (Please note, you must have purchased a ticket online before the event to attend.) We will have three different people who have been positively impacted by our group sharing their experience. We also plan to have a lot of FUN!
