You'll learn to recognize which approach a moment calls for, understand the legal and ethical distinctions between the two disciplines, and build a practical relational toolkit you can use immediately with patients, colleagues, and yourself.

Research by Dr. Christina Maslach identifies three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment) that quietly erode even the most committed clinicians over time. This session names those dimensions honestly, invites you to locate yourself within them, and offers coaching-based tools to help you begin moving from overextended to empowered.

Through didactic content, live demonstrations, and low-stakes experiential activities, you'll leave with a felt sense of what genuine presence makes possible and one concrete commitment to your own sustainable care.

You'll walk away with:
