The Allen County Leaders Luncheons are an event series designed to inspire and educate with topics chosen for their relevancy to GFW Inc. members and our community. 

In today's diverse world, creating spaces that are truly inclusive isn't just about compliance — it’s about designing environments where everyone can fully participate and thrive. Whether it's your organization's website, staff meetings, client contracts, community events, or building layout, integrating universal design principles ensures accessibility from the start, rather than as an afterthought. 

We invite you to join us for an educational and engaging session on universal design to learn how your organization can proactively address accessibility and engage individuals of all abilities. 

Who Should Attend?
C-suite executives and business leaders, HR and marketing professionals, event planners, local attraction & recreation staff, hospitality teams, and anyone looking to create more inclusive workplaces and experiences.

What to Expect:

  • Overview of the principles of universal design and why it matters.
  • Panel of individuals of all abilities sharing their experiences in live, work, and play environments.
  • Exploration of real-world examples and best practices for organizations to meet the needs of staff, customers or clients, and visitors of all abilities.
  • Workshop-style roundtable review of real-world examples to practice improving universal design.
  • Actionable steps to create inclusive "toolboxes" and experiences in digital and physical spaces.
