YEAR-END TRAINING AGENDA 

DATE: Wednesday, December 9th 

TIME:  1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST 

Part 1:  1099 Processing – $99 (1:00 p.m. – 1:55 p.m.)

• Review how to set up a 1099 vendor and tag 1099 transactions. 
• Verify and audit 1099 amounts using reports. 
• Learn how to enter 1099 adjustments. 
• File 1099s via Aatrix by paper or electronically. 

Break:  1:55 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Part 2:  W-2 Processing – $99 (2:00 p.m. – 2:55 p.m.)

• Review the setup of Payroll codes and W-2 Box numbers. 
• Run reports to verify W-2 data. 
• File via Aatrix by paper or electronically. 

Break:  2:55 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Part 3:  Affordable Care Act Processing – $99 (3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

• Learn how to populate ACA reporting requirements in HR, EWS, and/or Payroll. 
• Use the HR Query and reports to verify ACA data. 
• File via Aatrix by paper or electronically.

Training is offered in two separate formats so you can select what best fits your schedule. 

- Live Webcast – held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 9th 

- On-Demand Video – view the training at your leisure via an on-demand (recorded video) format. On-demand videos will be distributed within 48 hours of purchase, and you will be able to view them until March 31, 2027.
