In an era where diverse perspectives and experiences drive innovation in the workplace, it is crucial to bridge the generational gap and foster collaboration among women of all ages. This workshop, led by keynote speaker Kelly Ambriole, will serve as a platform to explore the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when we all come together to pave the way for success.
Through interactive discussions and activities, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another and the strengths that each generation brings to the table. Discussions will include topics such as communication styles, workplace expectations, age biases, technology, and more. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to leverage diversity to create high-performing teams and walk away with practical strategies & tools to enhance collaboration and foster an inclusive work environment. With over 15 years of experience as a business owner, Kelly brings a depth and breadth of knowledge covering numerous industries and workplaces, where she has helped organizations solve problems, strengthen teams, and build leadership capacity. She is a student of human behavior and focuses her work on understanding her clients' vision, where they have been and what is in their way. She serves as a trusted advisor that uplifts, collaborates, and facilitates self-discovery and challenges both individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
