In an era where diverse perspectives and experiences drive innovation in the workplace, it is crucial to bridge the generational gap and foster collaboration among women of all ages. This workshop, led by keynote speaker Kelly Ambriole, will serve as a platform to explore the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when we all come together to pave the way for success.
Through interactive discussions and activities, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another and the strengths that each generation brings to the table. Discussions will include topics such as communication styles, workplace expectations, age biases, technology, and more. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to leverage diversity to create high-performing teams and walk away with practical strategies & tools to enhance collaboration and foster an inclusive work environment.
