Leadership Fort Wayne (LFW) is a nine-month program that trains, prepares, and inspires individuals to drive positive change in Fort Wayne-Allen County. Since 1983, more than 1,500 Leadership Fort Wayne alumni have gone on to make a significant impact in our community and beyond. Wherever you are on your leadership journey – emerging, seasoned, or somewhere in between – the LFW program can help you reach your full potential!

Grab your lunch and join us for an informational webinar to learn more about LFW, the application process, and what to expect if you are selected as a participant for the 2024 class. This virtual event will include: 
  • A brief overview of the program
  • Stories and testimonials from LFW alumni
  • Q&A with program staff

Applications for the Class of 2024 are open now thru October 16, 2023. Program days will start in January 2024.
