GFW Inc. Women's Network Webinar: "Healthy Eating From Home"
Join us for this virtual event in our free Women's Network webinar series!
Greater Fort Wayne Inc. recognizes that COVID-19 and the public health measures taken to address it have been disruptive to business operations and personal lifestyles. To support you through this season, we've created a series of online webinars to connect, inspire, and empower our community with resources to make it through this together.
"Healthy Eating from Home" will feature certified integrative nutritionist Kelley Marvin of Inspired Nutrition by Kelley. We will discuss the benefits of clean nutrition, what items to purchase from the store during this time & how to prepare/store them, steps to take to improve your health. In addition, we will walk through a basic step-by-step recipe in the kitchen to make our very own energy bites! An ingredient list and recipe will be provided to all attendees.
About Our Speaker: As a Certified Integrative Nutritionist, Kelley Marvin enthusiastically supports her clients in the pursuit of their greatest asset: optimal health. She guides them to eat whole foods, cook simply, and engage in regular self-care. Her services include hands on cooking classes, personalized coaching programs, meal planning and informative speaking events. Kelley received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, The National Association of Certified Natural Health Professionals, and the America Association of Drugless Practitioners.
After registering, we will email you a reminder the day prior to the event with the Zoom conferencing link and instructions to join the live video webinar by computer or smart phone. Once on the webinar, your audio will be muted but you will be able to ask questions or make comments through the chat feature (we encourage you to participate!). There will also be the option to call in to the webinar without video. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage or lunch while we share knowledge, positivity, and resources with one another.
