Community Event - NIHRA Presents: Community Connection Expo Luncheon

Join NIHRA for our Community Connection Expo Luncheon as we have the opportunity for HR and businesses to learn from various organizations that are helping us prepare our workforce of tomorrow. 

We will have various booths set up with organizations that are working hard to prepare and equip the workforce of tomorrow.  Come and enjoy lunch while you have a chance to walk around and visit the various participating organization booths and gather information about:

• Setting up internship programs

• Creative strategies for recruitment

• Enhancing your organizations compliance as well as the ability to support your employees

• Creating education and training opportunities to develop your teams

Participating organizations include:

• Indiana State Programs: DWD Veteran’s Services, WorkONE, JAG, Work and Learn IN

• Recruiting and Workforce Partners: INVets, CORE, Blue Jacket, The Crossing, Easter Seals

• Internship and Training: Jim Kelley Pathway Center, The League, J Kruse Education Center and Bowen Center, GFW, Fort Wayne Metro, Amani Family Services, The Literacy Alliance, Turnstone. JA  and Citilink

• HR Education Programs: IWU, PFW, St. Francis, Indiana Tech, and Questa Foundation

This is an informal time with more of an open-house feel.  Please feel free to come and go as you would like within that 11:00-1:00 time frame.  We would encourage everyone to network with others during the time you have before/after visiting our organization booths.
