Nancy is the Dean of Graduate Studies with
Trine University. 

Each month, GFW Inc., investors are invited to attend a luncheon that features CEOs or community leaders, allowing attendees to have a conversation with our guest speaker and other attendees. 

Nancy's topic for her presentation will be, "Unleash the Magic in Your Management":  This interactive workshop focuses on the ability to recognize the leader within each of us. When Dorothy, Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Cowardly Lion approached the great Wizard of Oz they assumed that their leader would wave his magic wand and solve their problems. But that’s not how a leader inspires a team, and that’s not how a team finds success. Instead, the Wizard guides them on their journey, reminding them of their own unique skills and abilities so they can realize their dreams.  This program is fun, engaging and interactive!
