Recognizing the importance of engaging young talent and showcasing the best of our community, we are proud to host a unique program designed specifically for college interns in Fort Wayne and Allen County called the Intern Experience.

In partnership with Fort Wayne Improv and Indiana Tech, this event showcases one of Fort Wayne's newest experiences. Fort Wayne Improv is a theater established in 2024 founded on the principle of fostering a love of improv and sketch comedy in the Fort Wayne and surrounding Indiana area. With a mission to engage the community through laughter and creativity, the group hosts regular workshops, performances, and community events that highlight the talent of local comedians and performers.
