Lisa chose to work with small businesses because of their contribution to the local economy and partners with her clients so they can focus on growing their business. She helps business owners to ensure the human element is considered in addition to the business needs.

Lisa provides HR Audits, Fair Labor Standards Act assessments, Employee Handbooks revisions, mandatory posters, job description creation and revision, compensation analysis, staffing strategies, internal investigations, and various types of training (e.g., Workplace Civility, First-line Supervisor training, Conflict Mediation, etc.). She facilitates the development of HR Policies and Processes employing Lean Concepts when possible. She also provides Outplacement Services if the business need arises.
