Early Childhood Alliance, Inc.

Since 1953, Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) has worked to increase access to childcare and early education in Fort Wayne and the surrounding region. We do this through four major branches. We provide direct childcare and early learning through two nationally accredited learning centers in Fort Wayne, and one home program in Warsaw, IN. We are the regional sponsor for the Child & Adult Food Care Program. Those who wish to work in childcare can reach out to ECA for assistance in earning the nationally recognized Child Development Associate Credential. Finally, ECA supports providers through our Shared Services Network by offering back-end business resources and support to assist in strengthening sustainable childcare businesses throughout the region.
