Healthy lifestyles are difficult to maintain without supportive environments. The YMCA supports and encourages all employers to create a culture of wellness at their workplace.

To assist with these efforts, the Y has created an assessment tool to help leaders discover strengths, identify needs, plan for action, and ultimately, build a healthier workforce. The process is an educational experience that will benefit your business regardless of its current stage in wellness development.

Following the completion of the assessment, the Y offers a free consultation to discuss results and work together to create an improvement plan. By participating in this process, leadership will be able to plan for change strategies, identify and remove barriers, and expand opportunities for healthy living in the workplace.
