Kick off the new year with the GFW Inc. Women's Network by joining us for "Reclaiming Your Wellness", an interactive luncheon that will feature connection time, workshop-style learning, and door prize giveaways!
In the whirlwind of endless demands and opportunities as professionals, mothers, volunteers, caregivers, and more, our health should be a priority, not an option that gets put on the back burner. This luncheon will encourage women to step into 2023 with a focus on prioritizing their wellness through a reclamation of self. Our speakers will share their personal stories and obstacles, teach you how to recognize the wisdom of your body to drive energy and vitality, and re-center your mindset towards leading a healthier lifestyle.
Meet Our Speakers
Kelley came to health through a need to learn how to self-heal her own chronic disease. Her poor eating habits, lifestyle, and lack of education lead her to a critical point of change. Today as an Integrative Nutritionist, Drugless Practitioner, and Natural Health Professional, she helps other people realize their potential to elevate their own health through the cornerstones of self-care and mindset. Kelley's principles for wellness are based on quality, nutritionally dense foods and herbs, eliminating toxins, and building killer gut health. She also believes in the holistic balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Kelley appeared on ABC21's “Kelley in the Kitchen”, sponsored by Fresh Thyme, for 18 months teaching one healthy dish each week. She also creates dynamic presentations and workshops, teaches culinary nutrition to address fundamental health and healing, offers coaching in groups or 1:1, and builds relationships with local farmers to connect people to the highest quality of foods available. Kelley makes clean eating fun and delicious while also sharing her expertise and leadership skills on the GFW Inc. Women's Network Active Council. Kelley is a breast cancer survivor, who advocated a path naturally using food and holistic methods of healing rather than the more common, conventional route. She now teaches other women diagnosed with breast cancer, how to ask questions and advocate for natural therapies when possible.
