Come spend an hour exploring how to successfully manage project delivery and effective communications in a virtual world!  Bulldog Consulting Services is offering this no-cost virtual workshop to share the following:

1. Assessing the role of the Project Manager in a virtual world
    a. Understanding how to connect with project teams virtually
    b. Setting and managing expectations for virtual project teams
    c. Reviewing barriers to project delivery and steps to mitigate them

2. Making the most of virtual communications
    a. The "good", the "bad" and the sometimes "ugly" of virtual communication
    b. Effective use of the sender / receiver mentality
    c. Tips and techniques to make virtual communications work
