Vita Nonwovens recently finished a 150,000 square-foot expansion at its Fort Wayne facility, located at 9403 Avionics Dr., and will celebrate the new addition on Wednesday, June 12. The celebreation will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 pm.
Vita Nonwovens makes products including fabrics, insulation, and filtration materials for the mattress, medical, automotive, and industrial industries. Based in High Point, N.C., the company has seen steady growth in recent years.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, slated for 1 p.m., is open to the public. After the ceremony concludes, guests can enjoy light refreshments.
