2. Opening Remarks

Share the vision and mission behind Kanpai Sushi, the inspiration for starting this venture, and excitement about becoming part of the Fort Wayne community.
3. Community Acknowledgment & Ribbon Cutting
• Representative from Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce
A brief speech recognizing the restaurant’s contribution to the local community and followed by the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
4. Chef’s Presentation
• Head Chef at Kanpai Sushi Introduction to the menu, unique dishes, and the culinary philosophy of Kanpai Sushi.
5. Tasting Session & Facility Tour
• Guided introduction to the restaurant layout, highlighting the dining area, decor, and unique features of the space. Guests are invited to sample signature dishes.
6.Closing Remarks & Thank You
• Founder/Owner of Kanpai Sushi Express gratitude to guests, staff, and the community for their support.
7. Open Dining & Networking
• Guests are free to explore the menu, mingle, and enjoy the all-you-can-eat offerings
