September's HR Power Talk is featuring keynote speakers Nikki Quintana, Executive Director of Fort Wayne METRO, and Alessandra Rosa the Lead Outreach Education Coordinator for the U.S. EEOC.

This training will cover how the ADA comes into play in the workplace. It will explain who is covered under the act, what is a disability, what is a reasonable accommodation, how FMLA may play a part in accommodations, remote work scenarios as it relates to accommodations, and the undue hardship standard. The hope is to equip HR professionals with best practices as it relates to applying the ADA within the workplace.
