MIP YEAR-END TRAINING AGENDA

Part 1: 1099 Processing

• Review how to setup a 1099 vendor and tag 1099 transactions.
• Verify and audit 1099 amounts using reports.
• Learn how to enter 1099 adjustments.
• File 1099s via Aatrix by paper or electronically.

Part 2: W-2 Processing

• Review the setup of Payroll codes and W-2 Box numbers.
• Run reports to verify W-2 data.
• File via Aatrix by paper or electronically.

• Learn how to populate ACA reporting requirements in HR, EWS and/or Payroll.
• Use the HR Query and reports to verify ACA data.
• File via Aatrix by paper or electronically.
