Event Description:
40 days. 4 seats. $8,000. All of us, doing our part to create a more inclusive Allen County.
As our program grows, we are constantly on the lookout for ways to remove barriers to inclusion, so more people can benefit from the LFW experience. We want each cohort to more accurately reflect the rich diversity of Fort Wayne / Allen County. That's why, since 2021, we have raised funds to provide scholarships for underrepresented leaders to join the annual cohorts. The result has been more insightful conversations, wide-ranging perspectives, and an exceptional LFW experience for all. This coming year, as we celebrate the 41st anniversary of Leadership Fort Wayne, we are again committing to the same goal of inclusion.
Please support our fundraising efforts and join us in partnership with the Black Chamber Fort Wayne, Greater Fort Wayne Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, NewAllen Alliance, and United Front Initiative to make LFW more accessible for all.
