Join us for the Leadership Fort Wayne (LFW) recruitment webinar!
 
This event is open to anyone who works in Allen County and is interested in learning more about the LFW program. This virtual event will include: 

  • A brief overview of the program.
  • Stories and testimonials from LFW alumni.
  • Time for Q&A.

Bring your curiosity to learn about Leadership Fort Wayne as the pinnacle adult leadership program in our community. The goal of the program is to train, prepare, and inspire individuals to positively impact greater Fort Wayne and Allen County.
 
LFW consists of a series of nine monthly “program days". At each program day, you’ll hear from area leaders and experts who provide engaging presentations and problem-solving exercises about our community history, institutions, socioeconomic composition, economic development, and current issues.
