GFW Inc. Women's Network Webinar: "Using Your Voice"
Join us for this virtual event in our Women's Network webinar series!
"Using Your Voice" will feature breakout connection time, a group presentation by the founders of Advancing Voices of Women, audience Q&A, and door prize giveaways. AVOW is a volunteer organization dedicated to empowering women through education and training to becoming more politically active in public life, in the community square, and in civil conversations in northeast Indiana. This webinar will focus on persuasive leadership, using your power for good on boards or commissions, maximizing your public image on social media, moral courage in leadership, sharing your voice with the community, and statewide leadership program opportunities.

- Rachel Tobin-Smith: Nonprofit servant leader and former Executive Director of SCAN Inc., recipient of the 2016 Sagamore of the Wabash award, 2018 Citizen of the Year
- Patti Hays: CEO of AWS Foundation, former candidate for Fort Wayne City Council (District 4), 2018 Citizen of the Year
- Marilyn Moran-Townsend: Co-Founder/Chairman/CEO of CVC Communications, recipient of the 2004 Sagamore of the Wabash, 2018 Citizen of the Year
- Faith Van Gilder: Senior Account Supervisor of Asher Agency, 2017 GFW Inc. Athena Award nominee, 2018 Citizen of the Year
Proceeds from the event will go towards Women's Network program operations and our Membership Assistance & Diversity Inclusion Fund to break down financial barriers that limit membership to the network and encourage inclusion for all. Registration fees are non-refundable. This webinar will not be recorded for public viewing at a later date.
