Event Description:
You are invited participate in a FREE CE COURSE DAY provided by ServiceMaster by Monroe Restoration offered to property and casualty agents. There will be two different courses taught throughout the day.
**BE SURE TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT FOR BOTH**
The first course, entitled Water Damage Mitigation, will cover how water can damage carpet, wood floors and other building materials, how long until damage occurs and what steps can be taken to reduce or minimize the damage. The course will also illustrate water removal and explain the principles of drying and dehumidification. Mold growth, the use of antimicrobials, and odor control will also be covered. The second course will be Ethics - If You Don't Live It, You Don't Believe It, and will cover ethical decision-making in not only in your business ventures but in your personal lives as well.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day and lunch will be served at noon for both the morning and afternoon course attendants
