September's Topic: Every Generation Matters with Lindsay Boccardo

Generations misunderstanding each other is not a new problem. The good news is - no one generation is broken. Join us as Lindsay unpacks the secrets to finding the win for all generation.

Lindsay Boccardo will be presenting a new way to understand the differences between generations and the benefits that can come from harvesting the good in each.  Attendees will learn why the divide exists between different generations, what factors play into generational tension at work, what future young employees will be looking for in company culture and how you can increase the positive impact of a multi-generational workforce.

What to Expect: NIHRA meets the first Wednesday of each month from September through June.

• Networking & Pre-Game:      11:00 a.m.  - 11:30 a.m.
• Lunch & News:                       11:30 a.m.  - 12:00 noon
• Keynote Presentation:           12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.            

During our luncheon meetings we have a speaker addressing a current human resource topic which is aligned with SHRM's Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK).  We also spend time focusing on networking with our peers and providing employment opportunities/candidates.
