Join the NIHRA Monthly Luncheon as we welcome Clare Jewell, presenting Discover & Utilize the Benefits of Diverse Personalities.
People have various strengths and weaknesses inherent in their personalities or "internal wiring". Leaders and managers can build, strengthen and maximize teams by understanding and leveraging these differences.
Clare Jewell, Certified DISC Expert, will review strengths and weaknesses of various personality types and how these can be leveraged for greater success on work teams. The focus will be on applying knowledge to actual workplace situation to maximize the team potential.
