Join us for the next Allen County Leaders Luncheon titled "Breaking Barriers for an Inclusive Workforce: Do You Include Disability?"

Partnering with AWS Foundation, this event will be centered around inclusive hiring practices for individuals with disabilities. We will hear success stories from two local organizations who've been intentional with their hiring, the challenges they've faced, and effective solutions that you can take back to your team to implement. Through meaningful conversation with industry experts and nonprofit leaders at your table, you will learn reasonable accommodations, how to mitigate unconscious bias, and how to create an equitable environment where everyone can thrive.

This luncheon is a chance to connect with like-minded professionals, business leaders, and advocates who are committed to championing for a diverse workforce of ALL abilities. We invite you to share your own insights, exchange ideas, and form partnerships to reshape the landscape of employment at your organization!
