Event Description:
This is the 2nd annual Health and Wellness expo, located in Fort Wayne IN. Our goal is to help the community, as a whole, to find their inner-motivation, get people moving, eating clean and caring about their health. We would love to have as many people share this fun and exciting event with others. Once it gets cold, we tend to be less active; so here is a chance to come find out what Fort Wayne has to offer in fitness and health.
We will be hosting 10 different sporting competitions for people to participate in and expect lots of spectators. This will be a full day of sports and entertainment. From a 5k, CrossFit, Volleyball, Powerlifting, soccer and so much more.
We want to thank Will Roberts at Empowered Sports Club for helping us put this together. Online tickets will be available for sale starting mid-November. This awesome event is being promoted by Sud'n Impact Gym and we are happy to bring a Fitness expo to the Fort that will make a difference and make a positive change to our community.
