The ATHENA Award Program celebrates exceptional men, women and organizations who have served the community in a meaningful way and have assisted women in their attainment of professional goals and leadership skills. These individuals are recognized through the Leadership Award, the Young Professional Award, and, for the first time in Fort Wayne, the Organizational Leadership Award.
