Women's Network events are designed to connect\, inspire\, & empower women and allies through our annual professional development and career enrichment event series.\n\nJoin us for this interactive conversation exploring the powerful connection between leadership and culture. Together\, we'll examine how leaders influence the environments around them\, the characteristics of healthy and high-performing cultures\, and practical ways to cultivate spaces where people feel valued\, connected\, and empowered to do their best work. Led by keynote speaker Tabitha Ervin\, we will discuss how to build and lead positive cultures wherever we are to ensure all feel welcomed and a sense of belonging to thrive.\n\nWhether you're leading an organization\, managing a team\, or contributing as an individual\, you have the power to make a difference! Through reflection\, open dialogue\, and shared experiences\, participants will also explore the role of personal purpose in leadership and how their values\, influence\, and daily actions contribute to the culture they create. We hope you'll leave with actionable insights you can apply within your team\, organization\, and community. \n\nMeet Our Speaker: Tabitha Ervin\, MPATabitha Ervin is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne. She has served in various roles with the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne in her 19-year career thus far. She enjoys working with people and influencing the lives of others! \n\nIn addition to working for the YMCA\, she has specific passions for people and youth in community\, which is why she volunteers her time with various organizations and serves on several boards in the community including the local chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.\, Jack and Jill of America\, Redemption House\, Fort 4 Fitness\, and Vincent Village Homeless Shelter.\n\nShe has a Bachelors degree in Public Administration/Community Development\, a Masters degree in Public Administration/Public Policy and Non-Profit Sector\, and a Masters in Human Services. Tabitha is married to Robert and has a twelve-year-old daughter named Jordan. She is a servant-leader at heart and is always looking to serve others! \n\nEvent Details:Please share any dietary restrictions in your registration.
