GFW Inc. Women's Network events are designed to connect, inspire, & empower women and allies through our annual professional development and career enrichment event series.Join us for this interactive conversation exploring the powerful connection between leadership and culture. Together, we'll examine how leaders influence the environments around them, the characteristics of healthy and high-performing cultures, and practical ways to cultivate spaces where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work. Led by keynote speaker Tabitha Ervin, we will discuss how to build and lead positive cultures wherever we are to ensure all feel welcomed and a sense of belonging to thrive.Whether you're leading an organization, managing a team, or contributing as an individual, you have the power to make a difference! Through reflection, open dialogue, and shared experiences, participants will also explore the role of personal purpose in leadership and how their values, influence, and daily actions contribute to the culture they create. We hope you'll leave with actionable insights you can apply within your team, organization, and community. Meet Our Speaker: Tabitha Ervin, MPA
