Join our current cohort and former Leadership Fort Wayne program participants for the inaugural 2026 Leadership Legacy Luncheon — an inspiring gathering designed to reconnect, re-engage, and reignite individuals to foster meaningful connections and strengthen our alumni network of over 1700+ emerging to seasoned professionals.

This year’s event will feature a dynamic keynote from former program lead, Barry Schrock, with a focus on empowering and motivating leaders to build their own legacy. Drawing on his own experiences, Barry will challenge attendees to consider not just how they lead today, but what they leave behind tomorrow. No matter where you are on your career journey, everyone has the power to create memorable moments by the people we influence, the opportunities we create for others, and the lasting impact of our decisions. Through this lens, leadership becomes less about personal success and more about community stewardship, how we invest in others, and where we can actively contribute to something greater than ourselves after LFW graduation. 

Following the keynote, a panel of LFW alumni will share meaningful testimonies from their time in the program— highlighting how their experiences have shaped their own leadership journeys and inspired ongoing community involvement. Through honest reflection and forward-looking insight, panelists will explore what it means to lead with intention and continue investing in others to build a brighter future for Allen County.

Together, we’ll celebrate the lasting impact of growing leadership in our region and the collective power of alumni to make a positive difference. Open networking time will also be included before and after the main program. We look forward to seeing you there!

Meet Our Keynote: Barry Schrock, CEO/Founder, The Finder Squad

Barry Schrock is a leadership trainer, keynote speaker, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who has spent over 33 years doing one thing: helping professionals and leaders find the hidden talent inside them and activate it into extraordinary performance. As founder and CEO of Finder Squad, LLC., Barry delivers high-energy, deeply practical keynotes, workshops, and training programs that transform how leaders think, communicate, and perform. He has trained thousands across industries, led flagship programs at organizations like Sweetwater Sound, and coached executives and leaders at every level. Barry holds a master's in educational leadership from Indiana University, is a 2019 Indiana Community Builder Award recipient, and is a globally certified Gallup Strengths Coach. He brings rare authenticity, humor, and expertise to every stage — and leaves every audience with the clarity, tools, and conviction to lead at the level they were always meant to.
