Join the GFW Inc. Women's Network for our annual half-day conference designed to connect, inspire, and empower women and our allies through dynamic presentations and interactive workshops led by diverse subject matter experts.

This year's conference is focused on the "inner work" of leadership. Today's professionals are navigating constant change, increasing demands, and growing uncertainty. The result? Burnout, distraction, decision fatigue, and the feeling of always needing to do more.

Our event invites women to pause, reconnect, and invest in the one area that influences every aspect of leadership: themselves. Through inspiring speakers and practical tools, we'll explore topics like self-awareness, emotional intelligence, strengths, boundaries, energy management, resilience, and nervous system regulation, equipping you to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned executive, you'll leave with actionable strategies to better understand yourself, navigate challenges with intention, and create sustainable success from the inside out - because the most impactful leadership begins within!
