Leadership Fort Wayne (LFW) is a nine-month program that trains, prepares, and inspires individuals to drive positive change in Fort Wayne-Allen County. Since 1983, more than 1,700 Leadership Fort Wayne alumni have gone on to make a significant impact in our community and beyond. Wherever you are on your leadership journey – emerging, seasoned, or somewhere in between – the LFW program can help you reach your full potential.

Join us for this free LFW 2027 Informational Webinar, where you'll hear more about the program, application process, and what to expect if you are selected as a participant. This virtual event will also include testimonials from LFW alumni and a brief overview of sponsorship options.

Applications for the LFW Class of 2027 are open September 8 - October 5, 2026. Program days will start in January 2027.
